The Innovation Equation

The Innovation Equation suggests that innovation results from combining three key elements: **Idea Quality (I)**, representing the creativity and novelty of the concept; **Execution Skill (E)**, the ability to effectively implement the idea; and **Support Environment (S)**, including resources and organizational culture that enable innovation. Mathematically, it can be viewed as **Innovation = I × E × S**. This means even a great idea won't succeed without good execution and a supportive environment. Together, these elements create the conditions needed to turn ideas into meaningful, impactful innovations.
