The Impossible Project
The Impossible Project was founded in 2008 to revive and produce instant film for Polaroid cameras after the original company ceased manufacturing in 2008. Recognizing a dedicated community of instant cameras enthusiasts, the project developed new formulations and manufacturing techniques to keep the beloved format alive. In 2017, Impossible Project rebranded as Polaroid Originals, further integrating with the iconic Polaroid brand. Their efforts not only preserved a nostalgic art form but also advanced instant photography technology, enabling today’s users to enjoy the tactile, immediate photo experience that combines modern innovation with vintage charm.
