The I and the You
"The I" represents the individual's internal sense of self—thoughts, feelings, identity, and personal perspective. It’s how you experience yourself as separate from others. "The You" refers to others’ perspective or the external person addressing or interacting with you. It’s how you perceive others or how they see you during interactions. Together, "The I" and "The You" shape social understanding: the "I" is your internal experience, while the "You" embodies the external connection and communication with others. Recognizing both helps in understanding personal identity and relational dynamics.
