
The Heisenberg
The Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle states that it’s impossible to simultaneously know both the exact position and the exact velocity (or momentum) of a particle, like an electron. The more precisely you measure one, the less precisely you can know the other. This isn’t due to faulty instruments but is a fundamental property of nature at tiny scales. It highlights that on quantum levels, particles behave unpredictably, challenging our classical intuition and showing that, at fundamental levels, nature involves inherent uncertainty.
