The Greek

In finance, "The Greeks" are metrics that measure how different factors affect the price of options. Each Greek quantifies a specific risk: Delta indicates how much an option's price changes with the underlying asset’s price; Gamma shows how Delta itself changes; Theta measures how much value the option loses each day as expiration approaches; Vega reflects sensitivity to changes in volatility; and Rho indicates how the option's price reacts to changes in interest rates. These metrics help traders manage risk and make informed decisions about buying or selling options.
