The Fivefold Ministry Model

The Fivefold Ministry Model, based on Ephesians 4:11, describes five roles in the church meant to promote growth and unity: apostles (strategic leaders and pioneers), prophets (men and women who communicate God's truth), evangelists (those who share the gospel and reach new believers), pastors (shepherds providing care and guidance), and teachers (those who instruct and deepen understanding). Together, these roles ensure a balanced, healthy church community, fostering spiritual development, unity, and effective outreach. Each role complements the others, working together to fulfill God's purpose for the church.
