The Finnish Space Agency

The Finnish Space Agency was a government organization responsible for coordinating Finland’s activities in space research, satellite technology, and international space cooperation. It worked on developing space-related innovations, supporting scientific missions, and representing Finland in global space initiatives. Although it was established to advance space expertise within Finland, it was later merged into other agencies, such as Business Finland, in 2018. Its goal was to support scientific discovery, technological development, and Finland’s participation in international space efforts through expertise, innovation, and collaboration.
