The Experience Cycle
The Experience Cycle describes how people engage with a product or service through four stages: Discover, Evaluate, Adopt, and Re-invent. First, individuals become aware of the offering (Discover). Next, they assess if it meets their needs (Evaluate). If satisfied, they adopt and start using it (Adopt). Over time, they may customize or share their experiences, influencing future interactions (Re-invent). This cycle helps organizations understand how users develop relationships with their offerings, guiding improvements to foster ongoing engagement and loyalty.
