The Elements of Story
The elements of a story are the building blocks that make a narrative engaging and complete. They include the characters, who are the people or beings involved; the setting, which is where and when the story takes place; the plot, the sequence of events that unfold; the conflict, the main problem or challenge faced; and the theme, the underlying message or lesson. Together, these elements work to create a coherent and meaningful story that captures the audience’s interest and evokes emotion or thought.
