The Duke University Talent Identification Program (TIP)

The Duke University Talent Identification Program (TIP) is a program that identifies high-ability students in grades 4-8 and offers them challenging academic opportunities. Using standardized testing, TIP recognizes students who perform above their grade level and provides extracurricular activities, summer programs, and resources to nurture their talents. The goal is to support gifted students’s intellectual development and help them reach their full potential by connecting them with advanced learning experiences outside of the regular classroom.
