The Drumset

A drumset, also called a drum kit, is a collection of percussion instruments played by a single musician to provide rhythm and foundation for music. It typically includes a bass drum (big pedal drum), snare drum (sharp-sounding drum), tom-toms (various-sized drums for fills), hi-hat cymbals (paired cymbals operated with a pedal), and other cymbals for accents.
