The Double Diamond Framework

The Double Diamond Framework is a structured approach to problem-solving and design. It consists of four phases: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver, organized into two diamonds. The first diamond involves exploring widely to understand the problem deeply (Discover) and then narrowing focus to define the specific challenge (Define). The second diamond expands again to develop potential solutions (Develop) and narrows to select and refine the final one (Deliver).
