The Comités d'entreprises
The Comités d'entreprises (CE) are employee representatives' councils in France, established within companies to promote dialogue between staff and management. They provide a formal structure for employees to voice concerns, participate in decision-making on workplace issues, and access information about company activities and finances. CEs also often oversee employee benefits, working conditions, and social or cultural initiatives. Their goal is to ensure employee interests are considered in company policies, fostering transparency and collaboration between workers and employers.
