The Bursar

A bursar is a financial officer responsible for managing a school's or organization's student accounts. They handle billing, payments, and financial aid, ensuring students and families pay tuition and other fees correctly and on time. The bursar also manages refunds, collections, and sometimes oversees campus payment systems.
