The Buena Vista Social Club

The Buena Vista Social Club is a famous group of Cuban musicians, originally formed in the 1990s, who revive and perform traditional Cuban music styles such as son, bolero, and mambo. The name comes from a members-only club in Havana that hosted these musicians in the 1940s.
