The B-Theory of Time

The B-Theory of time posits that all moments in time—past, present, and future—are equally real and exist simultaneously. Unlike the A-Theory, which sees the present as special and real while the past and future are not, the B-Theory treats time like a dimension similar to space, where every moment holds the same status. For B-Theorists, the flow of time is an illusion; instead, the universe is like a vast landscape, with all moments laid out, just different from one another. Essentially, time's passage is not fundamental; rather, it's our perception that gives it significance.
