the Accessibility Theory

Accessibility Theory suggests that our perceptions, thoughts, and decisions are shaped by how easily information or stimuli can be brought to mind. When certain ideas or memories are more "accessible," they influence our judgments and behaviors more strongly. Factors like recent experiences, frequent exposure, or emotional relevance can make some information more accessible. In essence, our mind's focus is guided by what is most readily available in our memory, which impacts how we interpret situations and make choices.
