Terraforming

Terraforming is the hypothetical process of modifying a planet’s environment to make it more Earth-like and suitable for human habitation. This could involve altering the atmosphere, temperature, climate, or surface conditions to support life as we know it. Scientists consider terraforming for planets like Mars, aiming to create an environment where humans could live without life support systems. Although still theoretical and technically challenging, terraforming represents a long-term vision for expanding human presence beyond Earth by naturally transforming alien worlds into more hospitable ones.
