Terra Lliure

Terra Lliure was a Catalan anarchist and nationalist organization active from the early 1980s to 1995, advocating for Catalonia's independence from Spain. They used militant tactics, including bombings targeting Spanish government buildings and infrastructure, to push for political change. Their goal was to promote Catalan self-determination through direct action, often opposing Spanish central authority and policies seen as oppressive to Catalan culture and autonomy. Although their methods were controversial and involved violence, their actions reflected deep-rooted political aspirations for Catalan independence during that period.
