Termini (Railway Station)

A Terminus, or terminal station, is a railway station where train lines end and begin. It serves as the final destination for trains traveling along a particular route. Passengers can board or alight here, and the station often functions as a transportation hub with facilities like ticketing, waiting areas, and connections to other transit modes. Termini are typically located in cities or towns and can handle large volumes of travelers. Unlike through stations, which have tracks running through them, terminus stations have tracks that end at the platform, requiring trains to reverse direction to depart.
