Tepidarium
A Tepidarium is a warm, comfortably heated room used in traditional thermal baths or spas. Its temperature is moderate, usually around 90°F to 100°F (32°C to 38°C), creating a soothing environment that relaxes muscles and improves circulation. The purpose of a Tepidarium is to prepare the body for more intense heat treatments like steam rooms or saunas, or to gently cool down after them. It often features comfortable seating and calm surroundings, providing a space for relaxation, socializing, or muscle recovery in a tranquil setting.
