Teodoro Moscoso (Puerto Rican politician)

Teodoro Moscoso (1910–1971) was a prominent Puerto Rican politician and civil servant, instrumental in shaping Puerto Rico's economic development. He led the Puerto Rican Planning Board and was pivotal in implementing Operation Bootstrap, a program that transformed Puerto Rico's economy from agriculture-based to manufacturing and industrial.
