Tenant Services Authority

The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) was a regulatory organization in England responsible for overseeing social housing providers, such as housing associations. Its role was to ensure these organizations delivered quality services, managed funds responsibly, and met tenants' needs. The TSA monitored performance, enforced standards, and promoted accountability within the social housing sector. In 2012, it was replaced by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), which continues to regulate and support affordable housing providers to improve living conditions and community development.
