Tenant

A tenant is a person or entity that rents or leases property, such as an apartment, house, or commercial space, from a landlord or property owner. The tenant has the right to use and occupy the property for a specified period, usually by paying rent regularly. In exchange, they are responsible for maintaining the property and following the terms of the lease agreement. Essentially, a tenant temporarily holds the right to use someone else's property while fulfilling their rental obligations.
