Tenancy at Will

Tenancy at Will is a rental arrangement where a tenant occupies a property with the landlord's permission, but without a fixed or formal lease agreement. It can be ended at any time by either party, usually with reasonable notice. This arrangement provides flexibility for both landlord and tenant, often used when formal lease terms are not yet established or in temporary situations. While it offers convenience, it also means less stability for the tenant since their right to stay can be revoked without long-term commitments.
