Telophase
Telophase is the final step of cell division where the cell prepares to split into two. During this phase, the nucleus's outer membrane reappears around each set of genetic material, which has been divided. The chromosomes, which are the cell's instructions, become less condensed and start to relax. The cell begins to pinch in the middle, setting the stage for complete separation. Essentially, telophase re-establishes the cell's basic structures around each new set of DNA, ensuring that both new cells will have the necessary information to function properly.
