Ted Kaczynski (The Unabomber)

Ted Kaczynski, known as the Unabomber, is an American who conducted a series of mail bombings from 1978 to 1995, targeting individuals involved with modern technology and industrial society. A former mathematics prodigy and Harvard graduate, Kaczynski became increasingly anti-technology, believing it threatened human freedom and the environment. His attacks killed three people and injured many others. In 1996, he was captured after his manifesto advocating for the end of technological progress was published and recognized. Kaczynski was sentenced to life in prison without parole for his crimes.
