Taoiseach

The Taoiseach is the head of the government in Ireland, similar to a prime minister or chief executive. They lead the country’s cabinet, set government policies, and represent Ireland internationally. The Taoiseach is usually the leader of the political party that has the most seats in the Dáil Éireann (the lower house of Parliament). They are appointed by the President of Ireland and are responsible for running the country’s daily affairs, making decisions on national issues, and working with other political leaders to govern effectively.
