Talent Release

A Talent Release is a legal agreement where an individual (the talent) authorizes a production company or organization to use their image, voice, performance, or likeness in a project, such as a film, commercial, or photoshoot. It grants permission for the company to utilize the material without future legal concerns and often includes details about how, where, and for how long the content can be used. This document protects both parties—ensuring the creator has the rights to use the talent’s contribution, and the talent understands and agrees to how their likeness will be used.
