T-X diagram

A T-X diagram, or temperature-comy ratio diagram, is a tool used in thermodynamics to analyze how a gas mixture, like refrigerants or fuels, behaves as it changes state. It plots temperature (T) against the vapor quality (X), which shows the proportion of vapor in a liquid-vapor mixture. The diagram helps engineers understand how substances evaporate or condense at different temperatures and their energy content, aiding in designing efficient cooling, refrigeration, and power systems by visualizing the phase changes and energy transfer during these processes.
