Synchronous motor

A synchronous motor is an electrical machine that converts electrical energy into mechanical motion. It operates at a constant speed, called synchronous speed, determined by the frequency of the power supply and the motor's design. When powered, magnetic fields in the rotor and stator align and rotate in sync, providing smooth and efficient rotation. These motors are used when precise speed control is necessary, such as in robotics, clocks, or large industrial machinery. They are known for their reliability, stability, and ability to operate at a fixed speed regardless of load changes.
