SWP (State Water Project) contractors

SWP (State Water Project) contractors are a diverse group of government agencies, local water districts, and municipalities that have agreements to receive imported water from California’s State Water Project. The SWP is a large system of reservoirs and canals that transports water from Northern California to Central and Southern California.
