Swim strokes

Swim strokes are different ways of moving efficiently through the water, each with unique techniques and muscle uses. Common strokes include freestyle (front crawl), which is fast and smooth; backstroke, similar but on your back; breaststroke, which involves a frog-like kick and arm pull; and butterfly, a powerful, wave-like stroke requiring strong coordination. Each stroke has specific timing and body movements to maximize speed, conserve energy, and improve technique. Mastering these strokes allows swimmers to perform effectively in various settings, from casual swimming to competitive racing or lifesaving.
