Support of Sheaves
The support of a sheaf refers to the subset of the space where the sheaf has meaningful information or data. Essentially, it’s the region where the sections (or pieces of data) associated with the sheaf are non-zero or active. Outside this support, the sheaf is trivial, meaning it provides no additional information. Think of it like a spotlight illuminating only a particular part of a stage; the support is the area under the spotlight where the details are present, and outside it, nothing is revealed.
