Sunset

Sunset occurs when the Earth’s rotation causes the Sun to appear to move below the horizon. As our planet spins away from the Sun, the sky gradually darkens and the sunlight passes through more of the Earth's atmosphere, scattering shorter blue wavelengths and allowing longer red and orange wavelengths to reach our eyes. This process creates the colorful display known as sunset. It's a daily natural event marking the transition from day to night, influenced by geographic location, time of year, and atmospheric conditions.
