Sukuk Al-Mudarabah
Sukuk Al-Mudarabah is a type of Islamic financial certificate representing a share in a project or investment, where one party provides capital (investor) and the other manages the project (manager). Profits are shared according to a pre-agreed ratio, while losses are borne by the investor unless caused by the manager’s negligence. It complies with Islamic principles by avoiding interest and promoting ethical investing. Essentially, it’s a way for investors to fund projects and share in the profits, while the project operator manages the venture within Islamic guidelines.
