suborbital space tourism
Suborbital space tourism involves traveling briefly above Earth's surface to experience weightlessness and see the curvature of the planet, typically at altitudes around 100 kilometers (the Kármán line). Unlike orbital flights that circle the Earth, suborbital trips do not complete an orbit and usually last a few minutes. These journeys are made possible by specialized spacecraft or rockets that launch from the ground, then return safely without entering orbit. This form of tourism offers a temporary escape from gravity, providing a memorable perspective of Earth without the extensive requirements and costs of orbital missions.
