Subah (provinces)
In Pakistan, "Subah" refers to provinces, which are large administrative regions that divide the country for governance. Each Subah has its own government, elected leaders, and administrative structure responsible for local affairs like education, health, and development. These provinces are further divided into districts and smaller units. The purpose of this division is to organize the country's vast area efficiently, ensuring regional needs are met while maintaining national unity. Examples include Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
