Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education (ASHE)
Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education (ASHE) are professionals responsible for supporting students' overall college experience outside of academics. They plan programs, create policies, and provide services related to student life, such as housing, counseling, diversity initiatives, and leadership development. Their goal is to foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes personal growth, engagement, and success. ASHE professionals work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students to ensure that the campus community is supportive, accessible, and conducive to learning and development.
