Strike negotiations

Strike negotiations are discussions between workers (often represented by a union) and their employer to resolve disagreements over wages, benefits, or working conditions. When negotiations stall and workers feel their concerns aren't addressed, they may choose to strike, stopping work to push for better terms. The goal is to reach an agreement through dialogue, compromise, or mediation, preventing the strike or ending it quickly once a fair deal is agreed upon. Strikes are a way for workers to advocate for their interests and potentially influence employment terms.
