Strassmann's Law
Strassmann's Law states that the effort or cost to produce a product or service increases as the number of units made decreases, especially when starting from scratch. In simpler terms, it's often more expensive to produce small quantities of something than large batches, because fixed costs (like setup or planning) are spread over fewer units. So, if you're making a product in small amounts, each unit costs more to produce than if you made many, because some costs don't change regardless of quantity. This principle helps businesses decide whether to produce in small or large quantities to optimize costs.
