story elements
Story elements are the essential parts that make up a story. They include the setting, which describes where and when the story takes place; characters, the people or creatures involved; the plot, the sequence of events or what happens; the conflict, the main problem or challenge faced; and the theme, the underlying message or lesson. Together, these elements create a structured and meaningful story, engaging readers and guiding the narrative from beginning to end. Understanding these parts helps us appreciate how stories are crafted and why they resonate with us.
