Storms

Storms are powerful weather events caused by rapid changes in temperature, humidity, and air pressure within the atmosphere. These conditions lead to the formation of clouds and the release of energy as lightning, thunder, strong winds, heavy rain, or snow. Storms can vary from thunderstorms and tornadoes to hurricanes, each with different characteristics and impacts. They occur when warm, moist air rises and interacts with cooler, denser air, creating instability that fuels these intense weather phenomena. While they are natural and sometimes unpredictable, understanding their causes helps us prepare and stay safe during severe weather conditions.
