Statistical Sampling Techniques

Statistical sampling techniques are methods used to select a small group, called a sample, from a larger population to accurately represent it. This allows us to analyze the sample and draw conclusions about the whole population without examining every individual. Techniques include random sampling, where each member has an equal chance of selection; stratified sampling, which divides the population into groups and samples from each; and systematic sampling, selecting at regular intervals. These methods help ensure that results are unbiased and reliable, saving time and resources while providing meaningful insights.
