State court system organizations

The state court system is organized into several levels that handle different types of legal cases. The highest is the State Supreme Court, which reviews important legal decisions and establishes legal standards. Below it are intermediate Appellate Courts, which hear appeals from lower courts and ensure laws are correctly applied. The lower courts include District or Trial Courts that handle criminal, civil, family, and other cases directly from individuals or entities. These courts work together to interpret and enforce state laws, ensuring justice is administered efficiently and fairly at each level.
