Stage Managers
Stage Managers are the organizational coordinators of a theatrical or performance production. They oversee the daily operations, coordinate between directors, cast, and crew, and ensure rehearsals and performances run smoothly. They handle scheduling, communicate changes, and solve unexpected issues swiftly. During performances, they run the backstage logistics, cue actors and technical elements, and maintain order. Essentially, they are the logistical backbone, ensuring that every aspect of the show aligns perfectly from rehearsals through curtain call, allowing creative teams to focus on their artistic roles.
