Stage 0 cancer
Stage 0 cancer, also known as carcinoma in situ, is an early form of cancer where abnormal cells are present only in the innermost layer of tissue and haven't invaded deeper layers or spread to other parts of the body. It is considered highly curable because it is localized and has not yet caused invasive growth or metastasis. Detecting Stage 0 allows for effective treatment, often with minor procedures or surgery, preventing the cancer from developing into a more advanced, potentially dangerous stage.
