St. Thomas Aquinas' Five Ways

St. Thomas Aquinas' Five Ways are logical arguments for God's existence. They include: the First Mover (everything is caused to move by something else, ultimately God), the Causality (everything has a cause, and there must be an uncaused first cause, God), Contingency (things exist dependently and require a necessary being, God), Degree (some qualities like goodness or truth have levels, pointing to a perfect standard, God), and Design (the order and purpose in nature suggest an intelligent designer, God). These reasons aim to demonstrate that belief in God is logically justified based on observation and reasoning.
