Special Interest Group

A Special Interest Group (SIG) is a community of individuals or organizations that share a common focus or passion for a specific topic or area. They come together to exchange ideas, develop best practices, and influence policies or standards related to their interest. SIGs are often organized within larger institutions, such as professional associations, or exist independently.
