Special Education Advisory Council
The Special Education Advisory Council is a group composed of educators, parents, and community members that provides advice and input on programs and services for students with special needs. Their goal is to ensure that children with disabilities receive appropriate support and resources within the school system. They review policies, advocate for effective practices, and help communicate the needs of students and families to the school district or education authority. Essentially, they serve as a bridge between the community and educators to improve special education experiences and outcomes.
